The HDI Advance structured-light 3D Scanners give you a flexible system capable of scanning objects of different shapes and sizes simply by changing the scanner field of view (FOV). The FOV is the observable area that the system is able to capture from a specific distance. It can be changed by placing the cameras in different preset slots or by replacing them with interchangeable camera lenses (optional accessories).
The HDI Advance scanners (R1x and R3x models) are also a scalable solution. As your 3D scanning needs change over time, upgrade the hardware components (cameras/lenses) to improve scanning performance. Configure the system to match your precise needs.
The HDI Advance uses a pair of machine-vision cameras for capturing high resolution and accurate 3D scans. The HDI Advance is available in two performance models: HDI Advance R1x and R3x. HDI Advance R3x model scan at up to 45 microns accuracy and generates up to 2.6 million points
Includes FlexScan 3D scanner software! FlexScan3D is a 3D scanner software that interfaces directly with off-the-shelf cameras and projectors to create a custom 3D scanner. The 3D scanner captures measurements of complex shapes quickly to create digital 3D models from physical objects in seconds.
The 3D scanner comes with FlexScan3D software that powers the system for capturing and processing 3D scans into digital 3D models. The software requires the use of a Personal Computer (supplied by the user).
